Christmas Eve

Here is the Jelly Man tracking Santa...trying to wait until the last second to go to bed....

Thank goodness for technology--it makes things so much easier than the olden days. I know this is not a very good picture, but I do love the intensity on his face!

Here is his wish list to Santa sticking out of his stocking.

Jelly Man left chocolate soy milk for Santa, water for the reindeer, along with a couple rice krispie bars and a turkey wrap.

He did not think this all the way through......

He gets this from his father's side of the family! (wink)

Sibling conflict??

This is what we heard today coming out of Jelly Man's mouth from the backseat of the car:

She won't quit looking at me
She is breathing on me
She won't sit on her side
Tell her to sit still
Tell her to breathe with her mouth closed
She is fogging up the window
Tell her to get her butt away from me
She just farted
I want to read and she is bugging me
I love her--I just don't like being in confined spaces with her

No, Jelly Man does not have a sister. He was having issues with Zoey, our beloved german shepherd!! On a perfect day he absolutely adores her....today, not so much love in the air. Zoey still loves Jelly Man and shows her unconditional love for him by sharing his pillow....

Electronic Snap Circuits

We give this 5 stars!

This set is very durable, instruction manuals are very clear and it kept Jelly Man and his guest entertained for a little over 3 hours! They were learning and having a ton of fun at the same time. Definitely worth the $$.

Guess what Jelly Man said today?

Jelly Man:  There are still times that I can't believe I am being homeschooled.

Mom: Why is that?

Jelly Man:  It doesn't feel like school.....I am just having too much fun!

(Mom is speechless and gives Jelly Man a huge hug!)

Laura Ingalls Wilder Field Trip to Walnut Grove, Minnesota

This field trip was a blast to the past! It makes reading those Laura Ingalls books soooo much more fun now for the Jelly Man - who felt that he should NOT be reading books that Momma read when she was a girl!!
